Why We Offer A Limited Lifetime Guarantee


We pride ourselves on our workmanship and quality and have rarely seen any defects in our products. However, unlike some “other” companies we know that there is always a possibility something might happen and want to be prepared and ensure our users are well taken care of, that’s why we offer this Limited Lifetime Guarantee. Will you ever need to use it? It’s very doubtful, but our customers come first.

Pantac USA Limited Lifetime Guarantee


Pantac USA warrants only to the original purchaser of Pantac USA products from a Pantac USA-authorized dealer that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.  Pantac USA reserves the right, before having any obligation under this LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, to inspect the damaged Pantac USA product, and all costs of shipping the Pantac USA product to Pantac USA for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser.  If Pantac USA product is deemed defective, customer will NOT be responsible for return shipping.  In order to recover under this LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, The purchaser must make claim to Pantac USA or the original authorized Pantac USA dealer within 30 days of occurrence, and must present acceptable proof of original ownership (such as original receipt) for the product.  Pantac USA, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty.  Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the original purchaser's date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service.  This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY does not cover any damage due to accident, consumer, misuse, modification, abuse, negligence, or repairs attempted by someone other than Pantac USA and only warranties against manufacturer defects.  Pantac USA DOES NOT warranty its internal hydration systems.  This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY is solely at the discretion of Pantac USA.  This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by Pantac USA, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites. This warranty does not affect any other legal rights you may have by operation of law.  If you believe you have a warranty claim contact Pantac USA at www.PantacUSA.com or an authorized Pantac USA dealer.

PANTAC USA AND/OR SELLER ARE PROVIDING THESE WARRANTIES IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  PANTAC USA AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE


The fastest and easiest way to obtain warranty service is through the Pantac USA authorized dealer where you originally purchased our products.  All Pantac USA dealers are fully authorized to provide warranty services or exchanges on-the-spot.  Your dealer can choose to replace the defective item immediately, or return the defective products to Pantac USA for further examination.

If the original dealer is no longer in business then purchaser may choose to contact Pantac USA for all warranty claims.  To obtain warranty service direct from Pantac USA, please contact Support@PantacUSA.com.  If approved for warranty service, Pantac USA will issue a return material authorization (RMA) number, with which the product in question may be returned for examination.  If the product in question is deemed defective a replacement will be issued and sent out at no cost to you.
